Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce

The ghost pepper, also known as bhut jolokia, comes from northeast India, and in 2007 it was the first pepper measured past one million Scoville units. It tastes fruity and a little smoky, and the heat creeps up on you. We carry over 100 ghost pepper sauces.

How hot is it?

Most of these come in at Hot or Extra Hot on our five-step heat scale. Just because a sauce has ghost peppers doesn't mean it'll necessarily be crazy hot, how much the saucemaker uses matters just as much.
