Clark & Hopkins Chesapeake Bay

Virginia's Clark & Hopkins made this sauce for their own region, the Chesapeake. It's a zesty apple cider vinegar sauce with jalapeños, bay leaf, mustard, ginger and a long list of warm spices, and only a mild heat. Made for crabs, oysters, shrimp and fish, and good on fries and eggs too.

Ingredients: Apple Cider Vinegar, Onions, Green Jalapeño Pepper Mash (green jalapeño peppers and vinegar), Green Bell Peppers, Ginger Puree (ginger root, water, citric acid), Garlic (garlic, water), Salt, Raw Cane Sugar, Bay Leaf, Celery Seed, Dry Mustard, White Pepper, Coriander, Granulated Garlic, Ginger, Turmeric, Allspice, Cardamom, Nutmeg, Cayenne Pepper, Cinnamon, Ground Mace.
