Burns & McCoy Gold 79 is a medium-heat yellow pepper sauce. Roasted yellow peppers and Caribe peppers are blended with yellow potato, squash and tomato, plus a hint of turmeric and mustard. It's mellow and earthy, with some Yellow 7 Pot heat behind it.
