Day of the Dead Baja Arbol Sola

Arbol and Pequin chiles do the work here, with annatto, garlic, oregano and cumin behind them and a pinch of cloves you notice at the end. It's a medium heat, Baja-style taco shop sauce. Shake it on carnitas, fish tacos, eggs, or a bowl of beans and rice.
