A few months ago we put out a question to our customers: which hot pepper grinder should we make next? We expected lopsided results, and instead we found it nearly perfectly divided in quarters. It's a testament to the diversity of tastes our customers have. Some of you are out there eating the hottest stuff you can find, and some are after mellower heat with complex flavor, and many of you want a little bit of both. That's exactly why we exist, so we thought it was only fitting to release all four. Enjoy!
