California Hot Sauce Solutions ferments Fresno and Cayenne peppers for this sriracha instead of the usual red jalapeño, with less sugar than grocery store sriracha, so it comes out savory and tangy. Mixed with melted butter it makes a good Buffalo wing sauce. It took first place for Sriracha Style at the 2023 Sparky Awards.
