Scorpion Monkey Barrel Aged Sauce

This limited edition sauce spent over a year in an oak barrel that had previously been used to age whiskey and stout beer. The barrel gives it a smoky, woody flavor that goes well with the mango, mustard and fiery Scorpion peppers.

Ingredients: Mangos, Vinegar, Mustard, Brown Sugar, Spices, Trinidad Moruga Scorpion Peppers, Salt.
