Mike Valencia of Mikey V's in Georgetown, Texas, drew on his years in Southern California and Hawaii for this one, sweetening Habanero and mild peppers with peaches and pineapple. It took first place for Special Variety at the 2013 Austin Hot Sauce Festival.
