Red Label Sweet & Garlicky Roasted Pepper Sauce

Lucky Dog's Red Label is a fire-roasted pepper sauce made with Habanero, Jalapeño and Serrano peppers and a lot of garlic, both fresh and roasted. Carrots, onion and a mellow apple cider vinegar keep it on the sweet side, so it ends up tasting a bit like an Asian chile-garlic sauce, with medium heat.
