What's in each bottle
Surprisingly Mild Guajillo Ghost: water, vinegar, guajillo peppers, sea salt, cumin, oregano, ghost peppers, xanthan gum.
Aji Amarillo Puree: organic aji amarillo chiles, organic distilled vinegar, salt.
Extra Hot Key Lime Habanero: key lime juice (from concentrate), habanero peppers, salt.
What low FODMAP means here. FODMAPs are carbohydrates that some people with IBS or a sensitive stomach avoid. Garlic, onion, honey, agave, apples, pears and mangoes are among the most common sources in hot sauce, and these three sauces are made without any of them. The set is not certified by Monash University, and chile heat can bother a sensitive stomach on its own.
