Leche de Tigre Pepper Sauce

Leche de Tigre (tiger’s milk) is made with Aji Amarillo peppers grown organically on our small family farm in Ojai, California. Originally from Peru, the Aji Amarillo has a bright, fruity flavor that pairs naturally with lime juice, shallot, garlic and a touch of ginger. It’s the pepper behind tiradito, Peru’s version of ceviche, and it brings that same fresh, citrusy heat to anything you cook.

Try a dash on potatoes, mushrooms or tacos.
