Kolohe Kid

Kolohe is Hawaiian pidgin for naughty or mischievous, which is what Tim Parsons' aunties called him as a kid. This sauce keeps it simple, with Ghost and Hawaiian chile peppers in apple cider vinegar with sea salt and garlic. It's tangy and properly hot, and is perfect in a Bloody Mary.
