Volcanic Peppers' second take on its Jamaican Holiday jerk sauce, with Scotch Bonnet peppers, mango, scallions and jerk spices. It's a savory jerk sauce with some mango sweetness and medium heat. Use it as a marinade or brush it on near the end of grilling.
