Irish Spike's King of Hearts

Irish Spike's toasts the peppercorns for this one, then cracks them in an Italian coffee grinder, so you really taste the black pepper. There's a lot of bright lemon and heaps of minced garlic, plus olive oil and thyme, with Red Serranos for a mild-medium heat. It tastes fresh rather than heavy.
