Dawson's Original Hot

Brodie Dawson's Original Hot, from Hamilton, Ontario, was the #7 sauce on Hot Ones Season 5. Fresh red Habaneros lead, with garlic, cane sugar and olive oil making it smooth and creamy. We use it on pizza and in marinades, and the Habanero's floral side comes through either way.
