Cinnamon Ghost Punch

Hell's Kitchen makes this in Queens, and owner Ron Menin based it on a childhood of Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Nintendo boxing in his mom's basement. It's odd in a good way on pork, sweet potatoes, even vanilla ice cream. Agave and cinnamon come first, then the Ghost, Habanero and Trinidad Scorpion heat.

Heat Level: Extra Hot

Ingredients: Peppers (ghost, habanero and trinidad scorpion), Tomatoes, Lime Juice, Vinegar, Agave Nectar, Salt, Cinnamon, Garlic Powder, Paprika.
