Subscriptions

When you purchase a Hot Sauce of the Month Club plan, your deliveries are based on the plan you select, and your payment details are stored securely.

Auto-renewing plans. Month-to-month plans renew each month (or every 3 months for quarterly plans) until you cancel. Prepaid plans with renewal turned on are charged once for the term you selected, then renew for another identical term when it ends. We email a reminder before any prepaid plan renews.

One-time orders. Prepaid plans marked "One-time order" are charged exactly once, at purchase. They end automatically when the term is complete, never renew, and no further charges occur. Shopify's standard checkout notice mentions automatic renewal for all subscription products; it does not apply to plans marked "One-time order."

Renewal timing. We leave about a week between renewals and shipments, which gives you time to update your shipping address, pause, or cancel before you're charged.

Cancelling or changing your plan. You can cancel or change your subscription at any time from your account, or by messaging us via chat or email. If you cancel mid-term, we'll refund any unshipped months.
