Welcome to our Hot Sauce of the Month Club! Here are some answers to the most commonly asked questions.
How Do I Use The Free Add-On Shipping?
Members get free shipping on our entire site and add-on orders go out along with their next scheduled box. If you are signed in, there should be a "Ship With My Box" shipping option at checkout you can select. If you don't see that, or if you're a gift recipient, simply use SHIP WITH MY BOX (no spaces) as a coupon code at checkout. This will give you free shipping and you can place as many orders as you'd like and they'll all go out in one box with your next subscription.
Note: do not use this code if your subscription is no longer active, as it will not ship without an associated subscription.
Can I Change My Heat Level or Shipping Address After Signing Up?
Absolutely! Just make sure to let us know via chat so we can update it on our end. Changes made on your end won't necessarily take effect until a future renewal.
Note that with heat level changes, your confirmation emails may still say the old heat level, but rest assured we're changing it before they ship out.
How Do I Cancel?
Just reply to this email or send us a chat on the website and we will take care of it, no questions asked. You can also cancel directly on the website, but note that it will prevent future renewals, but not refund shipments that have already been paid for (we're always happy to take care of this manually).
Can I Get A List Of Past Sauces?
Yes! There is sometimes variation in sauces featured, but we can provide our best estimation of what you've gotten on request. And if there's a particular sauce you're trying to find, tell us what you remember about it and we can probably track it down for you.
How Do I Sign In?
If you're the recipient of a gift subscription, there is no need to sign in, as the subscription is under the account of the gift sender. You can always manage your subscription via Cat.
If you do have an account but are having trouble signing in, there are two possible issues here. You may not have activated your web account yet. On our login page, Click the Activate Account link below the login section.
The other possiblity is if you signed up on Cratejoy, or on our website prior to December 2021, you can log in direct at Cratejoy.
