One spreadsheet with names and addresses is all we need. Add a column for personalized gift notes if you want each recipient to get their own message.

Every box is packed in our US warehouse and shipped to each address on your list. You get one invoice and a tracking number for every recipient.

Corporate ordering FAQ
What is the minimum order?
Corporate orders start at 10 gift sets. For fewer than 10, you can order directly from our gift sets collection. There is no maximum. We regularly pack and ship corporate orders of 100 or more.
How much lead time do you need?
Most corporate orders ship within 3 to 5 business days of final approval. Orders of 50 or more sets, or orders with branded card inserts, need about two weeks. In December, earlier is always better; ask us about guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery dates.
Can you invoice our company?
Yes. We can send a single invoice for the full order, payable by card or bank transfer, and we are happy to work with your procurement process, including W-9s and vendor forms.
Can you ship to a list of different addresses?
Yes, this is our specialty. Send us a spreadsheet with recipient names and addresses, plus an optional gift note column. We ship to every address individually and send you tracking numbers for each one, all on a single invoice.
Can we include our company branding?
Every order includes free custom gift notes. For a more branded touch, we offer an optional printed card insert with your logo and artwork in every box. Send us a logo or finished design and we will take care of the rest. Allow about two weeks of lead time for inserts.
What if some recipients cannot handle heat?
We can mix heat levels across your order, or build sets around mild and medium sauces that everyone can enjoy. Tell us about your audience and we will recommend a lineup. Flavor first, heat second.
Can we see a sample before committing?
For orders of 25 sets or more, we can arrange a sample set so you can taste and approve before the full order ships. Mention it in your inquiry and we will set it up.
What happens if an address on our list is wrong?
If a box comes back as undeliverable, we contact you to confirm the correct address and reship it. Nobody on your list gets skipped.
