7o8 Optimus Primo

This came in the very first monthly box of hot sauce and is a family favorite now I have to keep buying it every couple of months. The funny thing is when you smell this I swear it smells like a Mesquite Smokey something it is fabulous on anything. The heat level is correct it is an extra hot hot sauce but it is fabulous with tons of flavor

7o8 7 Pot Citrus

I almost cried with sadness when I found out that Bigfat closed shop. But, the night is darkest before the dawn! I’m so excited that Heat was able to bring this legend back from the dead. For me, it’s a 10/10 sauce, perfect balance of warm spice and bright citrus with an excellent consistency. Every spice head should absolutely have a bottle of this in their collection, maybe 2 bottles.

My “strategic reserve” of 708 was down to 3 bottles when I heard the news it was being made again! Love this stuff. Put it on everything. Very hot, but great citrus flavor. These new bottles taste the same as the originals.

7o8 Optimus Primo

A versatile sauce, characterized by sweet (but not overly sweet) and tangy orange and pineapple flavor, closely followed by the taste of the spices (cinnamon is what I taste most strongly). After refrigerating, this flows readily, but isn't too runny. Heat level is consistent with popular sauces in the Extra Hot category. Tastes great on a shrimp taco, chicken philly, leftover chow mein- try it on everything.
