Kenji's Picks Hot Sauce Gift Set

We're excited to partner with J. Kenji López-Alt, award winning author, food writer, and chef, to create a gift set with some of his favorite hot sauces.

This set contains:

• 7o8 7 Pot Citrus 
  A sweet and spicy blend of citrus, pineapple, 7-pot chiles and spices. This sauce was one of Kenji's original picks for the gift set, but at the time it was out of production. Now we've revived this classic sauce under our own brand!  
• Chiporro Rocoto Hot
  A sauce created by Peruvian Chef Carlos Ruiz, featuring the Rocoto pepper, an apple shaped pepper with black seeds and a moderately hot kick. It's balanced with a creamy base of tomato, onions, and herbs.
• Infinity Chipotle
  An earthy, sauce with upfront sweetness from peaches, along with molasses and Chipotle peppers (Smoked Jalapeño) for a relatively mild kick. Consistently one of our most popular sauces.
• Queen Majesty Scotch Bonnet & Ginger
  A classic blend of Caribbean flavors, with the heat of yellow Scotch Bonnets, warming ginger, and tangy citrus. A great addition to jerk chicken or scrambled eggs.

• Lucky Dog Brown Label
  A multiple award winning sauce featuring a nicely balanced blend of Chipotles, mustard and cumin, along with some Scotch Bonnets for an extra kick. The subtle sweetness of Bartlett pear and figs rounds it out.
• Secret Aardvark Habanero
  This iconic Portland-made sauce has a cult following, and as Kenji put it, is "weirdly delicious." Tomato, carrots, mustard, Habanero peppers, and white wine vinegar meld together to make for a very versatile sauce.
