NorCaliANTe Blueberry Habanero Ant Hot Sauce

This sauce is one of the first hot sauce made with edible ants (made in collaboration with Paulman Acre, who created the sister sauce SoCaliANTe). In addition to the food grade ants, this sauce features a blueberry base with daikon radish, Carolina Reaper flakes, fresh Habanero, Blackcraft Ghost Pepper whiskey, beets, and shallots. Truly a one-of-a-kind sauce.

Ingredients: Blueberries, Beets, Shallots, Habanero, Daikon, Tomato, Citrus Juice, Distilled Vinegar, Distilled Water, Ghost Pepper Whiskey, Brown Sugar, Cayenne, Carolina Reaper, Polyrhachis Black Ant, Garlic, Kale Powder, Curry, Herbs and Spices.
