Don't Pear The Primo

Paulman Acre is releasing small-batch variants of their classic sauces to celebrate their 10th Anniversary. This one is a Primo-inspired variant of their fan-favorite sauce "Don't Pear the Reaper" which combines the super-hot Primo 7-Pot peppers with sweet D'anju pears and a tangy raspberry zing. It is savory, sweet and exceedingly spicy.

Heat Level: Extra Hot

Ingredients: Chili Blend (primo 7-pot, habanero, fresno), Vinegar, D'anjou Pears, Raspberries, Bell Pepper, Shallots, Lemon, Water, Garlic, Agave Nectar, Spices.
