This is a very special edition of our Roasted Habanero & Garlic sauce. It features the rare Red Paper Lantern Habanero, grown organically by Farmer and the Cook in Ojai, California. Unlike some Red Habanero varieties, the heat is not overwhelming, but the delicate floral flavor shines through, and it's backed up with the tang of organic apple cider vinegar and deeply roasted garlic.
