Roasted Ghost, Habanero & Garlic

A hotter take on our popular Roasted Habanero & Garlic, this version adds ghost peppers and red habaneros to the mix. Deeply charred peppers bring out natural sweetness, while roasted garlic and a pinch of brown sugar round out the profile. A solid step up in heat that stays balanced and approachable.

Our original Roasted Habanero sauce uses apple cider vinegar, but for this one we decided to tone down the sweetness just a little bit with the tang of white distilled vinegar.

Heat Level: Extra Hot

Ingredients: White Distilled Vinegar, Peppers (roasted habanero peppers, ghost peppers), Roasted Garlic, Brown Sugar, Salt.
