Ginger Devil

This sauce is made with ginger, pear and a hint of star anise, with searing heat from yellow Fatalii peppers and 7 Pot Primo peppers.

Heat Level: Extra Hot

Ingredients: Pear Pureé, Apple Cider Vinegar, 7 Pot Primo Peppers, Fatalii Peppers, Salt, Agave Nectar, Ginger, Star Anise.
