Volcanic Peppers Hot Scarlett

A straight forward, fresh cayenne pepper sauce that will make any of your foods sing. Hot Scarlett adds just enough Carolina Reaper peppers to bring the heat level up to a medium/hot (depending on your tolerance). For a version without the heat, try the original Scarlett.

Ingredients: Chile Peppers (cayenne, carolina reaper), Vinegar, Water, Salt, Sugar, Garlic, Xanthan Gum, Vitamin C.
