We're very excited to release our own take on a classic Habanero sauce, after months of testing and many dozens of batches. We wanted to highlight the pure flavor of roasted fresh Habanero peppers, so we went really heavy on the roasting until the skin was charred and the natural sweetness of the peppers was released. It's not smoky, but it does have that deep charred flavor. We paired the peppers with roasted garlic and just a pinch of brown sugar and salt. It's rounded out with the bright tang and subtle sweetness of apple cider vinegar. An extremely versatile sauce, try it on pizza, tamales, or drizzle over hummus!
