Inner Beauty Hot Sauce

Chef Chris Schlesinger tasted a fruity mustard and Scotch Bonnet sauce on a surf trip to Barbados and started making his own at Cambridge's East Coast Grill, where it fueled the infamous Hell Nights. The bottled brand had a cult following in the '90s, then went away until Todd Simcox brought it back.
