Pure sea salt harvested off the Sonoma Coast infused with Smoked Ghost Peppers grown in India. The result is a bold, earthy salt with a solid kick and plenty of smoke.
Beta tester feedback: "This is a risky concept and I was surprised by how perfectly it was executed. As a salt, it has to be used as such: too much, and the food is over-seasoned, but if the ghost pepper becomes overbearing before the food is properly seasoned, it loses all utility. I think this threaded the needle perfectly, just hitting the initial point on my heat scale where I don’t feel compelled to add additional spice. Any less spicy and I would have had to look for additional spice elsewhere, while ratcheting it up threatens mass appeal as some would reach a tolerance before their food was properly salted. 10/10.
