A seriously hot but seriously flavorful sauce made with Smoked Fresnos, Habanero, Morita, Chipotle, and 7 Pot peppers. Complimenting these peppers, smoked onions, maple, black garlic, and dates provide a complex base. And to kick it up an additional notch, some high quality pepper extract is added. Usually we avoid sauces that contain pepper extract, as they tend to have a bitter, off-putting flavor. But this sauce is an exception, using it to boost the heat without losing the balance of flavors.
