Fat Cat Caribbean Curry

A Caribbean curry sauce made with Jamaican curry powder plus Habanero, red Serrano and Scotch Bonnet peppers. It took third place for Caribbean sauces at the 2012 Hot Pepper Awards. Great on chicken and rice, or stirred into a pot of soup.

Ingredients: Water, Vinegar, Onions, Bell Peppers, Habanero Pepper Mash (habanero peppers, salt), Serrano Pepper Mash (red serrano peppers, salt), Cane Sugar, Garlic, Jamaican Curry Powder, Scotch Bonnet Pepper Mash (scotch bonnet peppers and vinegar), Sea Salt, Canola Oil, Xanthan Gum.
