Recipe: Rocoto Hummus



Rocoto Hot Hummus

  • 15 oz. Garbanzo Beans
  • 2.5 oz. Rocoto Hot Sauce
  • 3 oz. Water
  • 2 oz. Tahini Paste
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Pepper Black
Add everything to food processor and blend to desired consistency. Season to taste. Chill or serve.
