Ingredients: Red Wine Vinegar, Unsulphured Molasses, Pepper Extract, Garlic, Onion, Jalapeño Pepper, Clove, Herbs, Spices & Xanthan Gum. 

Contains Pepper Extract. Usually extract imparts a bitter or metallic flavor, but this is a rare sauce that manages to mask the flavor well.
