Dark Swizzle

This sauce is an ode to two cocktails from the island of Bermuda: the Rum Swizzle and the Dark n' Stormy. It combines citrus, rum, ginger, cloves and Ghost peppers for a spicy twist on these classic cocktails.

Ingredients: Orange Habanero Peppers, Pineapple, Orange Juice, Lime Juice, Red Bell Peppers, Goslings Black Seal Rum, Ghost Pepper Mash (peppers, vinegar), Pure Cane Sugar, Pomegranate Juice, Fresh Ginger, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum, Ground Cloves.
