Recipe: Rocoto Hummus

Rocoto Hot Hummus
- 15 oz. Garbanzo Beans
- 2.5 oz. Rocoto Hot Sauce
- 3 oz. Water
- 2 oz. Tahini Paste
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper Black
Add everything to food processor and blend to desired consistency. Season to taste. Chill or serve.
