Bloody Mary Materials
Just in time for Father's Day, we've add a gourmet Sriracha Bloody Mary mix from Powell & Mahoney. It has a great flavor but a pretty serious kick. A great addition to any gift basket!
We also offer locally made tomato juice infused with cayenne chiles, a great finishing touch for any bloody mary!
Want to kick your bloody marys up another notch? Try adding our Habanero Horseradish, or garnishing with our fiery habanero stuffed olives, or pickled jalapeno slices.
BBQ Sauces
We have expanded our selection of gourmet barbecue sauces to include the new Rattler BBQ sauce, which is made by High River Sauces in collaboration with celebrity chef Chris Santos. A well balanced blend of cascabel chiles, molasses, coffee, and honey, Rattler is sure to be a hit. Perfect for wings, ribs, and burgers, Rattler is a medium heat sauce that is sure to please the pickiest palettes.
We also offer the extremely hot Jolokia BBQ sauce, which pairs the fiery Bhut Jolokia chile peppers (aka Ghost Pepper) with a sweet and smokey barbecue sauce. Great if you want to step the heat up a notch at your next barbecue.
Hot Sauce Tasting
Or you could bring your Dad by Heat for a hot sauce tasting, so he can pick his favorites. We will be open 12-6 on Friday, 11-7 on Saturday, and 12-6 on Fathers Day, with our full tasting bar stocked with hundreds of unique sauces and a never ending bowl of chips. We even have artisan popsicles if it gets too spicy!
